Completed in 2008, this 3,600 sf home near the Santa Monica airport was conceived as two wings opening up to courtyards on two levels, the public rooms and the master suite were upstairs to take in the view, and an office, laundry, gym and additional bedrooms downstairs. A collaboration with Abe Grossman of Grossman Design and Construction.
