A whole house renovation, Greenwood is a 3,300 sf home in Mar Vista completed in 2007 that puts the public spaces upstairs to take advantage of the view and the bedrooms downstairs to its own outdoor room. A collaboration with Abe Grossman of Grossman Design and Construction.
